Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver energetic, authentic customer service and help drive sales at our Paramus store. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with merchandising, replenishment, cashier duties, and maintaining a welcoming store environment while following safety and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of relevant experience; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to engage comfortably with diverse customers and work collaboratively in a team.
• Customer service experience is preferred; retail experience is a plus.
• Proficient with basic retail systems and applications.
• Physically capable of standing, moving, and performing tasks like bending, reaching, and lifting light to moderate weights.
