Job Highlights

$15.00 - $16.90 per hour.

This seasonal, part-time role plays a significant part in our busiest seasons. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and maintaining store appearance. We seek passionate, proactive individuals eager to earn and stay active during their breaks.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Assist customers in selecting apparel and footwear.

• Work front and back of store as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in CA).
• Flexible availability.

Role Purpose

The Sales Associate supports store sales and KPIs by embodying brand values and providing a unique customer experience. They report to the Store Manager and may assume Stock Specialist duties when needed.

• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.

Physical Requirements

• Handle or move products up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Move about store for extended periods.
• Access all store areas.
