Role Description The Seasonal Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Rockefeller Center, NY, NY. This role is responsible for welcoming customers, providing knowledgeable assistance on product selection, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the Brooks Brothers brand. Daily responsibilities include maintaining visual standards, replenishing merchandise, processing sales and returns at the register, and supporting loss prevention and store policies. The Seasonal Sales Associate will also assist with fitting room support, stockroom organization, and preparation for promotional events and peak sales periods. Collaboration with team members and adherence to performance and customer service goals are key aspects of this position.

• Prior experience in fashion or apparel retail is beneficial; high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
