Job summary

Marcus Theatres is seeking Seasonal Store Associates for the Majestic Cinema in Brookfield. You will support the busy holiday gift-giving season by preparing, packaging, and shipping gift card orders and ensuring accurate on-time delivery.

The role offers flexibility with shifts, free movies, discounts, and opportunities to move between properties during peak season. This temporary position runs from Nov 19 to Dec 19, with potential additional shifts before or after.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work Sundays–Saturdays with varying hours.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill holiday gift card and gift product orders received through our online store and other sales channels.
• Pull gift cards and merchandise, prepare orders, and package products for shipping.
• Assist with gift card activation, order entry, and verification to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare shipping labels, organize completed orders, and assist with daily shipments.
• Help maintain inventory, restock supplies, and keep work areas organized.
• Assist with basic customer inquiries via phone or email as needed.
• Support the Marcus Store team with additional holiday-related tasks as assigned.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Whether you're a college student with some extra availability, looking for a seasonal side job, or just want to make some extra money for the holidays, join our Marcus Store team and help spread a little movie magic!
We’re looking for a Seasonal Sales Associate to support our busy holiday gift-giving season! In this role, you’ll help prepare, package, and ship gift card and gift product orders, making sure our guests receive their holiday gifts accurately and on time. This temporary position is based at our Majestic Cinema in Brookfield within the Marcus Store. Hours will vary based on orders received and overall demand and will span primarily from Nov 19 – Dec 19, with the possibility of additional shifts before or after this period.

What are we looking for?

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, with availability during Black Friday week required
• Ability to work shifts Sunday–Saturday, with hours varying based on business needs
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to help during our busiest season
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment or other seasonal based roles is helpful but not required

Pay Estimate: $18/hour
