Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly upon entry, building immediate rapport through strong interpersonal communications and fluency in the English language.
• Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening to shopper needs, answering inquiries, and offering tailored recommendations.
• Apply proven selling techniques and product knowledge to maximize retail sales and achieve daily store targets.
• Operate the point of sale system, cash register, and handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing general mathematics for change-making and balancing drawers.
• Execute daily merchandising standards by stocking merchandise attractively, maintaining overall store cleanliness, and organizing sales floors.
• Exercise loss prevention awareness by monitoring inventory, securing high-value items, and reporting suspicious activities to management.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities to handle simultaneous tasks, such as managing lines and restocking shelves during peak hours.
• Perform physical duties including lifting ability for heavy boxes and assisting with inventory movement while maintaining organizational skills in the stockroom.

Minimum Qualifications:

• General knowledge of retail sales, selling techniques, and cash handling procedures.
• Working knowledge of point of sale systems, cash registers, and general mathematics.
• Thorough knowledge of customer service principles, interpersonal communications, and the English language.
• Ability to meet physical demands, demonstrating adequate lifting ability and stamina for fast-paced operational environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of merchandising standards, stockroom operations, and loss prevention practices.
