Job summary

Altar’d State is seeking a Brand Representative to join its team. Reporting to store leadership, you will drive revenue by delivering exceptional service, building guest relationships, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, accurate cash handling, and participation in opening/closing procedures while upholding brand standards and appearance. Must be 18+ with physical readiness for store duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Physical ability for standing, lifting up to 30 pounds, and other store tasks as needed
• Provides excellent guest service by anticipating needs and following service standards
• Acknowledges and builds relationships with guests to foster loyalty
• Communicates effectively with management and guests

Responsibilities

• Open/close procedures and tasks with a guest-focused approach
• Locate merchandise and maintain organization on the floor
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately, handling cash and making change
• Adhere to loss prevention practices and protect company assets
• Maintain a safe store environment and report hazards
• Assist in inventory preparation and ensure timely attendance and wearing appropriate attire

Position Overview

Reporting to the Store Leadership, theBrand Representativedrives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service, through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting a clean, well-maintained store environment. Consistently achieves individual goals, which support store goals.

• Participates and assists in the preparation for the stores’ inventory
• Reports to work as scheduled; records time worked accurately by using Altar’d State’s time and attendance system; remains flexible to the needs of the business

Presentation

• Assists in the construction of merchandising and window displays
• Maintains a clean and presentable store environment
• Represents the brand by adhering to appropriate standards of dress and grooming

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
