Job summary

Altar’d State is seeking a Brand Representative to join our team. Reporting to the Store Leadership, you will drive revenue through exceptional guest service, while sharing product knowledge and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

You will build relationships with guests, process transactions accurately, and support inventory and display tasks. The role offers $15/hour base pay, a generous associate discount, 401k with company match and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, reach, kneel and/or squat frequently; may lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and adhering to service standards.
• Build relationships with guests to foster guest loyalty.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and transact register activities accurately.
• Maintain organization and location of merchandise.
• Assist in merchandising and window displays and keep store clean.
• Support loss prevention and report incidents to protect company assets.

• Participates and assists in the preparation for the stores’ inventory
• Reports to work as scheduled; records time worked accurately by using Altar’d State’s time and attendance system; remains flexible to the needs of the business

Presentation

• Assists in the construction of merchandising and window displays
• Maintains a clean and presentable store environment
• Represents the brand by adhering to appropriate standards of dress and grooming

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
