World Market is hiring seasonal associates in Decatur to create a fun, memorable shopping experience while sharing knowledge about the products we offer. You will assist customers, process in-store and online pickup orders, and maintain merchandising standards with a collaborative team.

We value flexibility, a can-do attitude, and strong communication. The role includes physical tasks, a lower age threshold, and eligibility for paid leave accrual during the season.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for a variety of duties including customer service and making the shopping experience fun and memorable for our customer:

Experience & Skills You’ll Bring

Seasonal associates are eligible for paid leave accrual upon hire. If offered regular employment at the end of the seasonal period, additional benefits are available dependent upon classification.

Hourly Pay Range is $15.40-$15.90
