You will engage customers, share product knowledge, assist with merchandising and cashier duties, and uphold brand standards at our Concord, NC location. This seasonal role emphasizes hands-on learning and the chance to develop essential retail skills.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of relevant experience; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse customers.
• Customer service experience; retail background is a plus.
• Willingness to learn about products and brand values.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with basic retail systems.
• Physical ability to stand, move, and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting light to moderate weights.
