Job Highlights

This seasonal part-time role offers significant impact. Responsibilities

• Offer excellent customer service from greeting to checkout
• Recommend apparel and footwear to enhance customer experience
• Share product knowledge enthusiastically
• Stock, straighten, and clean the store
• Support front and back of store operations as needed

Minimum Requirements

• At least 16 years old (or 18 in CA)
• Flexible schedule availability
• Comfort with or willingness to learn technology (computers, mobile devices)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role (preferred but not required)

Role Purpose & Impact

The Sales Associate supports store sales and KPIs by embodying brand values and delivering a unique Athletes experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, they execute routine duties and may assume Stock Specialist responsibilities in their absence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Omni-channel

• Assist customers to meet sales targets
• Handle omni-channel requests per UA policies
• Model UA service culture and brand messaging
• Participate in product training to enhance selling skills

Retail Operations

• Maintain merchandise standards and store presentation
• Follow UA policies and procedures
• Complete operational and cash processes
• Adhere to dress code and attendance policies
• Work scheduled hours as per attendance policy

Team & Personal Growth

• Collaborate to achieve store goals
• Engage in self-development to improve performance

Qualifications & Requirements

• Basic numeracy, literacy, communication skills
• Fluency in local language
• Proficiency with computers and technology
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in sports/apparel retail (0-3 months preferred)
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends

Physical Requirements

• Handle products up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Move about store for extended periods
• Access all store areas
