Job Highlights

This seasonal, part-time role offers significant impact. As a Seasonal Sales Teammate, you will be a key player during our busiest seasons, responsible for generating sales through delivering an exceptional shopping experience, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting team goals. Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old (or 18 in CA)
• Have a flexible schedule
• Be comfortable with or willing to learn technology (computers, mobile devices)
• Possess strong communication skills
• Able to perform essential job functions

• Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred, not required)

Role Purpose

The Sales Associate contributes to store sales and KPIs by embodying brand values and providing a memorable experience for Athletes. The role reports to the Store Manager and supports store operations, including stock responsibilities in the absence of the Stock Specialist.

Your Impact

Sales & Omni

• Assist customers to meet sales targets
• Handle omni-channel requests following UA policies
• Model UA service standards and communicate brand messages
• Utilize product knowledge in sales interactions

Retail Operations

• Maintain merchandise standards and store cleanliness
• Follow UA policies and complete operational tasks
• Adhere to dress code and attendance policies

Team Collaboration & Growth

• Work collaboratively to achieve store goals
• Engage in self-development to improve performance

Qualifications & Requirements

• Basic communication, numeracy, and literacy skills
• Fluency in the local language
• Proficiency with computers and technology
• Teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• 0-3 months retail experience in sports/apparel & footwear (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, nights, weekends

Physical Requirements

• Lift/move products up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Move around store for extended periods
• Access all store areas
