Sales Associate Job Description

The Sales Associate is a vital part of the store’s success, focusing on delivering excellent service, upholding Coach’s Service and Selling Models, creating positive first impressions, and building lasting customer relationships.

Sales Floor Responsibilities

• Align decisions with organizational objectives and company priorities.
• Own personal sales goals and develop client strategies with management.
• Implement short- and long-term sales strategies.
• Improve personal survey results through targeted plans.
• Act as a brand ambassador and demonstrate Coach’s selling and service standards.
• Support local sales strategies and adapt to market changes.
• Drive sales through clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining relationships.
• Present a professional appearance consistent with Coach’s style guide.
• Build credibility as a fashion advisor with product knowledge and competitive awareness.
• Communicate current pricing and promotional strategies effectively.
• Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques tailored to customer needs.
• Provide personalized shopping experiences and follow up to close sales.

Operational Tasks
