Job summary

Coastal Farm in Burley, Idaho is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate for a 120-day assignment. You will deliver friendly customer service, help customers locate products, answer questions, and support store operations including signing, pricing, and merchandising to meet company standards.

You will also assist with housekeeping, stock movement, and general store duties while maintaining awareness of promotions and product knowledge to drive sales during the season.

• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Help in other departments when needed.
• Perform daily cleaning – such as vacuuming and replacing full trash bags.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

Seasonal Sales Associate

120-Day Assignment

Primary Purpose

To be responsible for maintaining customer service as per company standards, generating sales,

housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, point of sale operations, processing freight, and loss

prevention in adherence to all company policies and store standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer customer questions, and help customers find

the location of products.

• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Constant radio communication with all associates.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the products Coastal Farm sells.
• Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information and merchandise promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Help in other departments when needed.
• Perform daily cleaning – such as, but not limited to, vacuuming, replacing full trashes with new

trash bags, and sweeping the department floor.

• Other duties assigned as needed.
