Job summary

Endicott College Office of Sustainability is seeking a part-time Assistant Roller Hockey Coach. This position involves coaching student athletes, evaluating their performance, and coordinating team-related activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to the college community.

As a key member of the team, you will support both the athletic department and the larger Endicott community by actively participating in key events.

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Specific skills or qualifications necessary to be successful.
• Travel, evening, or weekend requirements as applicable.
• Uses sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential matters, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction, mentoring, and guidance to student athletes.
• Evaluate athletic ability and performance.
• Maintain positive and professional relations with students and alumni.
• Coordinate scheduling and transportation for team trips.
• Track team expenses and process invoices.
