Qualifications

• A nursing degree from an approved program or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Valid Registered Nurse license required.
• Ability to obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Assessments following practice standards using good judgment and clinical reasoning.
• Identify patient and family needs, develop and evaluate nursing care plans, and adjust as needed.
• Create safe, therapeutic environments for patients, families, and staff.
• Manage pain and monitor patient progress to promote recovery.
