BayCare Staffing Resource Office (SRO) is seeking a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse for a 13-week seasonal assignment across BayCare facilities in Florida. The role supports high-volume patient care during peak winter months, with 12-hour day or night shifts and every-other-weekend commitments.

Required are an active Florida RN license and a minimum of two years of Medical/Surgical acute care experience. You will join a network of hospitals and gain exposure to multiple BayCare facilities

Competenze

• Active Florida Nursing license required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent Medical/Surgical acute care RN experience.
• Commitment to a 13-week seasonal assignment and flexibility to work at multiple BayCare facilities.

Seasonal Program Overview

• 13-week seasonal assignment
• Opportunities available November through February
• Competitive seasonal pay rates

• Every other weekend commitment required
• Placement may vary based on organizational need and location preference
• Opportunities throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Polk counties

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent Medical/Surgical acute care RN experience
• Ability to commit to a 13-week seasonal assignment
