Job summary

The Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) at Baptist Health in Boynton Beach provides patient-family centered care across units, delivering safe, high-quality nursing services in a fast-paced hospital setting.

This role supports a Seasonal Nursing Pool with 12- to 24-week contracts, offering flexible shifts including three 12-hour days per week and weekends as required. Candidates must be licensed in FL with BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certification and eligible to practice.

Qualifications

• ASN, Licensed Registered Nurse eligible to practice in FL; have BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (dependent upon unit) certification by the AHA or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-family centered care utilizing evidence-based practice standards of quality, safety and service.
• Float to all areas within the hospital as needed and work three twelve hour shifts per week, including alternating weekends.
