Job summary

Loma Linda University Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Seasonal who will be reassigned to LLUMC-M Murrieta to cover staffing needs, sick calls, vacations, and leaves. Provides age-appropriate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an RN with an Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing, at least one year of acute care experience, and BLS/ACLS certification. May participate in on-call rotation; temporary for up to six months.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
• Minimum one year acute care experience within last two years.
• English proficiency; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform nursing process (assessment, care planning, intervention, evaluation) with minimal supervision.
• Delegate tasks to unlicensed staff per scope of practice.
• May participate in on-call rotation based on department needs.
• Temporary full-time position for up to six months.
