Job summary

Loma Linda University Medical Center Murrieta is seeking a Clinical Nurse Seasonal to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting. The position supports sick calls, vacations, and leaves with assignments across licensed facilities as needed.

You will perform the nursing process with minimal supervision and collaborate with unlicensed staff to ensure safe, high-quality care. Requirements include an active California RN license, BLS and ACLS, and at least one year of acute care

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• Minimum one year acute care experience within the last two years.
• Active California RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document direct and indirect age-specific, patient-centered care.
• Perform the nursing process with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with and supervise unlicensed staff within scope of practice.
• Prioritize and adapt to staffing needs across departments.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
