Interhealth is currently hiring for 13-week contracts with significantly higher base pay, generous shift differentials, and benefits for purchase. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the specific division being hired into and be deemed competent to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver nursing care to patients under general supervision following established policies, procedures, and professional guidelines.
  • Plan and implement nursing care; document assessments; identify and report situations requiring further intervention.
  • Formulate and communicate goal-directed plans of care; ensure patient rights.
  • Perform duties in accordance with Tampa General Hospital’s mission, vision, values, and principles of quality improvement.
Departmental Needs

Seeking positive, self-motivated, and flexible RN to work in all preop and postop departments, caring for patients across various surgical disciplines including vascular, burn/plastics, ENT, trauma, cardiothoracic, bariatric, orthopedic, neurosurgery, pediatrics, and others.

Shift Differential

15% over hourly rate.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Florida.
  • BSN preferred; ASN with 1+ year hospital experience and enrollment in a BSN program acceptable.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Critical Care, Level 1 Trauma Center PACU, or Level 1 Trauma Center ED required.
Schedule

Days: Sunday through Saturday

Hours: 0630-1900; holidays and late stays required
