Job summary

DelGrosso's Amusement Park, Inc. in Tipton, PA is seeking a part-time team member to operate rides and assist guests with outstanding service.

Starting pay is $12.50 per hour. Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, capable of working in varied weather, and comfortable in a team setting with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Eligible for flexible weekday, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned amusement park rides by following standard operating procedures in accordance with company policy and procedure, state, federal regulations, and industry best practices.
• Initiate interaction and assist guests with inquiries, concerns, always maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Provide Superior Service to all guests by answering questions and having the answers or knowing where to find them.
• Communicate and enforce all ride requirements including proper admission, height, safety, health, and ridership criteria.
• Maintain the safety of guests by following all training and always use vigilance awareness before, during, and after each ride cycle.
• Report any unusual situations, concerns and or emergency matter to management immediately and cooperates with management to ensure safety of all team members and park guests.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and organization in immediate and surrounding work areas
• Work in various weather and environmental conditions including but not limited to direct or indirect sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, hail, and cold temperatures.

• Work in various weather and environmental conditions including but not limited to direct or indirect sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, hail, and cold temperatures.
