Role Overview

As a Seasonal Returns Team Member, you will handle incoming returns, perform quality checks, and assist in maintaining workflow efficiency in the warehouse. Responsibilities include opening packages, folding clothes, quality checking items, and following leadership guidance to complete daily tasks.

Responsibilities

1. Opening: Initiate all items in returned packages, perform quality checks to identify damages, and follow notes from other departments.
2. Folding: Conduct detailed quality inspections and fold items neatly for presentation.
3. Replenishment: Organize products on desks for processing, maintain cleanliness, and assist with miscellaneous tasks as directed.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Check emails for updates and daily huddles.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse experience is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Adaptability and willingness to assist with various tasks.
• Cooperative attitude with colleagues and supervisors.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Work Environment

Tasks are performed indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures, including heat, cold, and humidity, with potential exposure to noise.

Physical Requirements

• Mostly standing and walking, with some sitting (about 95% of the time).
• Effective communication skills.
• Good vision and coordination.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stoop and kneel as needed.
