Job summary

Best Buy Co. is seeking a part-time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to act as the face of Best Buy for customers in our stores.

You will learn to confidently recommend tech products and services tailored to individual needs, helping customers with purchases, returns and exchanges. You will perform product demos, answer questions, and provide excellent service across departments while maintaining a well-stocked, clean sales floor and supporting in-store and curbside pickups.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers' needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
