Job summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking aStylist to help guests express their personal style and incorporate Kate Spade products into their wardrobe. You will greet customers, listen to preferences, and craft complete looks with confidence and product knowledge.

In this role, you’ll drive sales through storytelling, maintain stockroom and POS routines, and support omni/virtual selling initiatives. Previous retail experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a retail environment is required.
Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and busy seasons.

Responsibilities

Provide styling advice, create complete looks, and suggest add-ons.
