Job summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking a stylist to assist customers in selecting products that fit their aesthetic and lifestyle. You will work with clients to create complete looks and show how Kate Spade pieces integrate into their wardrobe.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing styling advice, driving sales through storytelling, and maintaining store operations. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep knowledge of the brand and product attributes across all categories.
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions.
• Give and receive feedback in an honest, constructive manner.
