Kate Spade New York is seeking a Stylist to assist customers in selecting products that match their aesthetic and lifestyle. You will help discover personal style and show how to incorporate Kate Spade items into existing wardrobes.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, offering styling advice, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless checkout. The role requires strong communication, retail experience, and flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Prior retail experience is required.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team.
• Awareness of social media and omni/virtual selling techniques.
• Proficiency in English (local market language acceptable).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak periods.
• Physical ability to lift 25–50 lbs and move stock on the floor.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly, demonstrate product knowledge, and build rapport.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and provide styling advice.
• Suggest add-ons and create complete looks for purchases.
• Show multiple ways to wear products and encourage exploration of styles.
