Job summary

Kendra Scott in Leawood, KS seeks a part-time Seasonal Stylist to bring our fashion-forward brand to life during peak seasons. You will deliver WOW service, educate guests on product details, and make personal style recommendations to fit their needs while upholding brand standards.

You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, are comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays, and can lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Able to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours).
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW service and build guest relationships to grow brand footprint.
• Educate guests on product details and offer personal styling suggestions.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events and Operations as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver WOW experiences for all guests.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Support the team behind the scenes to ensure smooth store operations.

Position Overview

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you help bring our brand to life during some of the most incredible times of year! Your goal is to provide WOW service to every guest by Making a Difference in their day! You are the face of our organization and you're proud of it! You love our inspired designs and purpose driven brand. Most importantly, you represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively!

Your Responsibilities

• You take Action: Making a Difference in your guest's day is your priority. You assist in proactively resolving concerns to ensure their experience is always positive.
• You Collaborate: You're always willing to support your team in providing WOW experiences for all guests, even behind the scenes.
• Must be over the age of 18
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
