Kendra Scott, LLC is seeking a part-time Seasonal Stylist in Nashville to bring the brand to life during peak seasons. You will deliver WOW service, educate guests on product details, and make personalized fashion recommendations that reflect our core pillars.

Responsibilities

• Provide WOW service to guests and represent the Kendra Scott brand.
• Build guest connections to grow store footprint and performance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures with trust.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest personal styling options.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Colorbar, Events and operations as needed.
• Must be over 18 years old; able to lift 50 lbs and perform shifts up to 6 hours.

Position Overview

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you help bring our brand to life during some of the most incredible times of year! Your goal is to provide WOW service to every guest by Making a Difference in their day! You are the face of our organization and you're proud of it! You love our inspired designs and purpose driven brand. Most importantly, you represent the Kendra Scott culture uniquely and positively!

Your Responsibilities

• Must be over the age of 18
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist and reach
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holiday shifts
