Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods based on store needs.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS software and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies on payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist in merchandising tasks, such as preparing displays, organizing fixtures and shelving, and price markdowns.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable to fulfill Buckle’s mission.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and policies; perform duties with a high level of Guest service.
• Fulfill mission by contributing to a positive team spirit; undertake special projects as assigned.
