Roles include customer engagement, achieving sales goals, and keeping the space welcoming and organized. Seasonal colleagues work 10-20 hours per week, with hours depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with reliable attendance.
• Ability to understand and communicate with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Ability to read employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Goal-oriented and able to meet daily sales goals.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfort with handling electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their needs to provide personalized recommendations.
• Assist on the sales floor and in the fitting room to deliver memorable shopping experiences.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Merchandise products, update signs and pricing, and support stock movements.
• Promote Macy's Loyalty program and assist customers in completing purchases.
• Maintain excellent service and build customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
