Vince is seeking a dynamic, customer service driven seasonal Part-Time Sales Associate at our Santana Row location in San Jose, CA. You will generate sales and build relationships by capturing customer contact information and following up to sustain engagement.

The role emphasizes maintaining store standards, operating the POS system, and delivering friendly, high-energy service to meet personal sales and productivity goals. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Personable, sales-driven and goal-oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication; initiate contact with customers.
• Computer skills to operate POS, Word, Excel & email.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals with store manager.
• Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise features and benefits to maximize sales.
• Identify customer needs and overcome objections.
• Follow up with clients via phone, email & written communication.
• Maintain store housekeeping and visual standards.
• Operate the POS register and email systems.
• Safeguard inventory per loss prevention program.
• Follow all store policies and procedures.
• Manage client books and clienteling.
