Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver a welcoming guest experience and drive sales growth across our store. You will apply product knowledge to understand guest needs, build loyalty, and support inventory and store presentation in line with brand standards.

Successful candidates will have a High School diploma, retail experience (1+ years preferred), strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays in a fragrance-filled environment.

• Guest Experience: Contribute to creating a welcoming store environment focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Guest Experience: Understand guest needs through product knowledge and make emotional connections.
• Guest Experience: Maximize sales potential by implementing company selling strategies and building lasting customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
• Guest Experience: Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and KPI metrics.
• Guest Experience: Assist in maintaining store appearance by following company visual standards, including plan-o-grams, visual maintenance, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Team Experience: Support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team that represents Newell Brand Values.
• Team Experience: Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and effective communication.
• Operational Experience: Support inventory management activities and control expenses.
