Macy's is seeking a Retail Selling Colleague to blend warm service with product knowledge on the sales floor. You’ll understand customer needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with the right products and services to create memorable shopping experiences.

You will help keep the space inviting, meet selling targets, and support the Loyalty program benefits while working as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
