• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using effective selling tools (including text and social media).
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide the best service to our customers on their terms.
• Offer honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to build your expertise.
• Work with the team to keep the department customer-ready, which includes filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
• The hours and schedule for this position will vary weekly based on business needs.
• This role may require flexibility to perform duties in other departments as needed.

Pay Range Details

The pay range below complies with state-specific laws. Pay ranges may vary by location and depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Hourly pay: $16.45 - $16.45. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401(k), medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO, holidays, and more. Eligibility depends on location, job level, classification, and employment length. Sales commissions vary based on the merchandise sold, typically ranging from 3% to 14.5% for apparel, shoes, and accessories, and around 3% for beauty and men’s fragrance roles.
