Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague to deliver standout holiday shopping experiences with warmth and product knowledge. You’ll understand each customer’s needs and connect them with the right products while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

You’ll help achieve sales goals, work with the team, and keep floors tidy and inviting, including assisting with merchandise movement, pricing updates, and loyalty benefits.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication with customers and coworkers.
• Able to read and understand employment policies in English.
• Goal-driven with daily sales targets.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to operate electronic devices and cash register.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selection to meet needs.
• Learn about new arrivals, promotions and best sellers to inform shoppers.
• Keep the selling space clean, organized and inviting throughout the shift.
• Process transactions accurately at the cash register and assist with merchandising moves.
