Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

You will support the management team with day-to-day store operations and sample products across departments such as Ladies, Men, Youth, Shoes, Home, and Baby Depot. The role requires a friendly, energetic, and reliable team player who can work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or customer service background preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly, upbeat, and helpful demeanor with customers and team members.
