Burlington Stores, Inc. is hiring for a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate in Louisville, KY. You will greet and assist customers, keep the sales floor neat, and support management with daily store operations.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will earn a base wage of $13.00 per hour and may qualify for benefits for part-time status, including associate discounts and potential eligibility for dental/vision coverage and life insurance.

• Customer service excellence and effective communication with customers.
• Experience in retail sales or store operations is a plus.
• Ability to assist with merchandising, displays, and housekeeping tasks.
