About the Role

As a Brand Associate, you are an integral part of our team, bringing our brand to life for our customers. You are responsible for engaging and connecting with customers by providing excellent service, fostering brand loyalty. You will use your product knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire, and assist customers with wardrobe choices. Collaborating with your leadership team, you will deliver a top-tier customer experience through an omni-channel approach.

What You'll Do
  • Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Promote loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
  • Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling techniques.
  • Enhance the customer experience utilizing all omnichannel offerings.
  • Meet personal goals that contribute to overall store success.
  • Support sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations as required.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Handle all customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally.
  • Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
