Job summary

Banana Republic in Orlando is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers. You will engage shoppers, educate them about products, and deliver an exceptional, on-brand experience across in-store and digital channels.

You’ll work with leadership to meet store goals, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a neat, organized floor. Flexibility, strong communication, and a passion for retail are essential.

About The Role

As a Brand Associate, you’re an integral part of our team and bring our brand to life for our customers. You’re responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty. • Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
