Banana Republic is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers in our Park City store. You’ll educate customers about products, deliver exceptional service, participate in omni-channel experiences, and support daily store operations to drive loyalty and sales.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators who stay upbeat in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaborating with the leadership team, and are willing to learn and adapt to technology tools used on the sales floor.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools on day-to-day operations.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, move around the store, and lift up to 30 pounds.

About The Role

As a Brand Associate, you’re an integral part of our team and bring our brand to life for our customers. You’re responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty. You’re an expert in product and use your knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer. Through collaboration with your leadership team, you’ll deliver a best-in-class customer experience using an omni-channel approach.
