About The Role

As a Brand Associate, you play a key role in bringing our brand to life for customers. You’ll engage with customers, providing excellent service that fosters loyalty. You’re knowledgeable about our products and use this expertise to educate, inform, inspire, and assist customers with their wardrobe needs. Collaborating with your leadership team, you’ll deliver a top-tier customer experience through an omni-channel approach.

What You'll Do
  • Respect all customers and team members, contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Educate customers about our loyalty programs to promote repeat business.
  • Engage with customers proactively to drive sales through suggestive selling.
  • Enhance the customer experience using all available omnichannel tools.
  • Meet personal goals that contribute to overall store success.
  • Support various store functions including sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house.
  • Maintain a neat and organized work area.
  • Handle customer interactions, including returns, courteously and professionally.
  • Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.

  • Customer-focused, providing exceptional service both on and off the sales floor.
  • Passionate about retail and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • A problem solver focused on continuous improvement, open to feedback, and proactive in taking action.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekends.
  • Proficient with retail technology.
  • Capable of maneuvering around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
