Crocs, Inc. is hiring a Sales Associate, Seasonal, at our Washington state Tulalip Bay store. You’ll deliver memorable in-store experiences, support promotions, and help the team meet goals through friendly, product‑focused service.

This role requires a 16+ year old, flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays). You’ll assist multiple store areas, operate the POS, aid merchandising and stockroom tasks, and stay informed about launches to elevate the customer connection.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying store service standards.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations.
• Work with Store Management to achieve personal performance objectives through selling strategies.
• Share product knowledge about collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives with customers.
