You will help maintain store appearance, support inventory, and follow safety and loss prevention policies while working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School completion or GED.
• Retail experience of 1+ years preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Understand guest needs through product knowledge and emotional connections.
• Maximize sales by implementing selling strategies and building customer relationships.
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and KPIs.
• Assist in maintaining store appearance per plan-o-grams, visual standards, signage and cleanliness.
• Support inventory management and control expenses.
• Incorporate safety and loss prevention measures and follow company policies and Code of Ethics.
• Aim to achieve or exceed KPI goals through planning and execution.
