• Create a welcoming store environment focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Understand guest needs through product knowledge and build emotional connections.
• Maximize sales by applying company selling strategies and building loyalty.
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and KPIs.
• Support store appearance by following visual standards and maintaining cleanliness.
• Assist in inventory management and control expenses.
• Follow safety, loss prevention policies and Code of Ethics.
