Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments.
• Execute POS and customer service standards with courteous, fast, efficient service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes and Kohl's standards.
• Participate in daily service processes (register and cash balancing, replenishing supplies).
