Job summary

Five Below is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to be at the heart of the action during the busy holiday season. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, keep merchandise organized, stock floors, and ensure smooth checkout experiences.

The role is temporary and October through January, with hourly pay starting at $15.00. Ideal candidates are at least 16, can work a flexible schedule, and are comfortable with technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (e.g., computers, cash registers, handheld devices)
• Strong people skills and ability to engage customers
• Ability to learn procedures through on-the-job training

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and provide help as needed.
• Understand customer needs and offer product recommendations and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Promote store events and promotions to boost sales.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues; aim to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate stock and service needs to management in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and maintain a positive environment.
