Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments.
• Execute point of sale and customer service standards with courteous, fast and efficient service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes, POS procedures, and company standards.
• Participate in daily service processes (register and cash balancing, change orders, replenishment).
