Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle different payment methods.
• Deliver accurate, courteous, fast and efficient service per Kohl's standards.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist training for new hires on service processes and brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes (register balancing, change orders, replenishment).
• All associates act with integrity and foster teamwork; maintain safety policies.
