Responsibilities

• Engage customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle different payment methods.
• Accurately and efficiently execute POS and customer service standards per company guidelines with courteous, fast service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Assist in training new hires on service processes, POS procedures, and using tools while upholding Kohl’s brand standards.
• Participate in daily service processes (e.g., register balancing, change orders, replenish supplies).
