Job summary

Under Armour, Inc in Foley, AL is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help keep the store clean and organized. You’ll support daily operations, and step into stock duties when needed.

We’re looking for energetic, motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to earn extra income during summer or holiday breaks. The role pays $15.00–$16.90 per hour and is ideal for flexible, part-time availability.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California).
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Handle front and back-of-store tasks including POS and payment processes.
• Deliver omni-channel requests and collaborate with the team in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote the Rewards program to customers.
• Pursue self-development and growth opportunities.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests in line with UA processes and policy.
• Attend scheduled hours per Under Armour’s attendance policy.
